helpdeco switched to Git

Now that SF.net finally supports Git, I've switched the VCS repository to Git instead of SVN.

helpdeco switched to SVN

helpdeco has finally switched to SVN and killed off some of the repository stupidness in the process! I'll be using git-svn to interface with it though and would be using git if SF.net offered it.

First free software helpdeco release! Yay :)

Manfred Winterhoff has graciously allowed helpdeco to be relicenced to the GNU General Public Licence. Ben Collver has done the same for his NetBSD patches of helpdeco. So, helpdeco is now free software!!! :)

We three have created this sf.net project in order to collaborate on helpdeco development and encourage people to help out, making it open source too :)
