I have a problem with the HelloNzb software, when I click on play to start downloading the NZB files, I receive an error message: Impossible to create the download directory,

Same problem.
I can create as many directorys as I want in the dowload directory setting, but after select it and save the settings, START pops the error: Impossible to create the download directory.

Had the same issue, had to manually type in the path instead of using the browse gui to select the folder. Problem worked around, but there is definately a bug.

That is quite weird. I cannot reproduce this problem on my machine. When you select the download folder via the GUI, and click SAVE on the settings panel, then open the settings again, is the selected folder still correctly there?

same problem but even more annoying, it won't clear a successful download from the queue so it won't advance to the next. hellonzb 1.5.0/1.5.1, jre 9.0.4, high sierra 17G66

SBNZB is the only one that works on Windows 10 currently.

Does the account you are running HelloNzb with have the permissions to create the account? Have you really double-checked that?

Yep, same problem. Cannot successfullu load dowmload directory or any other for that matter.
