I have installed the latest version of java Version 8 Update 161 (build 1.8.0_161-b12) but still I am not able to install Hellonzb, I keep getting the java is required. I have uninstalled and isntalled java several times and restarted the computer as well and still I get the same error message that it requires java

Have you tried both the 32 and 64 bit versions of Java?

Both versions installed, still get "this needs java 1.9.0"

which java or is just reboot required to run.png

Problem fixed. Downloaded, not v8 - not v9 - but version 10 (yee har) of Java [64-bit], and now HelloNZB works, LOL. Cannot wait until Java gets to version 1 googleplex [1 with a google of zeros]...

working now with java 10 not 9 or 8 lol.png
