This project depends on the JAXB implementation found at 

https://jaxb.dev.java.net/


JAXB is not distributed with this project. Before building the source you must download the jars from the JAXB project and be sure to include them on your PATH.


To include the jars when running ant use the following command:

ant -lib /path/to/jars
