In the new table editor, the fields DEFAULT value selector can open
outside the viewable region if a latter field is edited.

The spliced screenshot shows the 'datatype' selector opening outside of
the fields table element (and so always visible), but the Default selector
opening inside the table element, and so unreachable when it falls outside
of the scrollable region.

Making the window bigger does side step the issue in cases where the
window can be made bigger, but opening the popup frame outside of the
table element would remove this corner case issue.
