#2 Suggested Applications

Perhaps we shoul dhave an /etc/extensions_suggested or
something - an extension to handler mapping that is overridden
by a user's preferences, but allows the sysadmin to suggest
applications for people to use. (this may be difficult to do without
bloating the user's preference files)
