#1 Should be possible to rename tags

Tags should be shared so that a name change changes all others. Handle case of adding dupe, or renaming to cause dupe.

Minor problem with fixing this: if a user edits a tag in the current tag editor it's not clear what he wants. Maybe he's just trying to change the tags assigned to the item rather than trying to rename that tag on all existing items.

Treat tag editor as just a way to connect/disconnect tags/items, and put rename in a dedicated tag editor. We need one eventually anyway because there should be some way to list all tags.
