Merged in some improvements to the DB wrapper from a different project. In short adds support for prepared statements. Prepared statements allow for performance improvements as the statement only has to be parsed and optimized by the db once. For Mnemosyne, we don't really have enough db traffic for it to be a big deal, but it does open an avenue for future improvement and optimization.

Metis will now request a vehicle location when it gets an "init" message. This should cause the map to update once we connect to a car, rather than waiting for the first location update. Uses the server-stored last known location of the Hermes client. There will be no reply if there is no known location or if there is no Hermes client, so the map will not be updated in those cases.
