Android Application

The HEEV project is composed to three distinct elements, and each has been assinged to its own repository to make code management easier.  This repository contains the codebase for the Android application.

Branches:
	- default: Releases go into this branch.
	- develop: Primary developement branch.
	- Summer 2014: Post-grad work by Paul Marshall over the summer of 2014.  This is in it's own branch as it won't be tested till the following fall.
