[Hebmorph-thinktank] Hebrew Stemming

Hi,

I'm looking for a Hebrew stemmer (a stemmer, *not* a lemmatizer). Does
HebMorph do the job? Poking around the website, it seems to be an
indexer...? (sorry, I'm completely unfamiliar with this system and with
lucene).

If HebMorph is indeed the stemmer I'm looking for, are there any
installation instructions anywhere?
