Yet again, after along time, HebDokuWiki is updated.

The code now matched the code on the original DokuWiki site, only it fully supports Hebrew!

The updates include:

* code matches DokuWiki 2005-09-22.
* The index page works!
* Folder tree has changed, all the data is in one folder, after upgrading, moving wikis will be dead easy!
* <code> tags works for LTR code, while <file> tag works for RTL code.
* FIXME and DELETEME icons are in Hebrew.
* quote code is available.
* the syntax documentation is updated.

After sourceforge diebled users from changing files on their web server, we moved the HebDokuWiki website to our own web servers.

We have been working for sometime trying to solve the bug damaging the revisions system in HebDokuWiki. Eventually, Katriel Traum came up with a simple solution, which made this small but important sub-release possible.

After a long time of no updates, HebDokuWiki has a new version.
Many RTL problems were fixed. On the other hand, the filenames are stored differently so the data folder must be updated.

Special thanks to Dotan, without him this version never would have been released.

The next verstion of HebDokuWiki is on the way, but there is work to do with RTL problems.
In another 10 days i will be recruited to the army, and will have little time to develop DokuWiki.

The first version of HebDokuWiki is out, still has a few bugs, but its functional.

i have added two files in the version without the data in the wiki, thats because some have problems with Unicode filenames. in the future i hope to solve this problem with an installer.
