Toda raba for hebcal.

Hebcal is nice (especially the ashkenasi hebrew-version -a "Shabos" )
And I use it for calculating Shabbos times.

My city munic is missing :-(. So I thought of adding it by myself and send a patch in some weeks.

Now as hebcal needs my position and as it is known where Jerushalaim (may the holy temple be rebuild soon) is, we
can calculate the diretion for dawening shomone esse in degrees.
This is especially useful when traveling near jerusaelm (e.g. israel, mediteranian area).

To be very useful hebcal has to run with a small gui on mobile phones.
I will try to implement something for my motorola a780, which runs already linux and embedded qt, maybe in 5768.
