Hello Michael,

Here is the output that I create in Word adding a few
formattings with the file "Hebrew Calendar - Year 5766
(2005-2006) [Havienu L'Shalom].doc".

Maybe you could reinstate this possibility if it is not too
difficult for you to do so.
