Have you heard of any compatibility issues with Windows10? I have verified that Rscript is accessible from the command line, but the HeatmapGenerator GUI reports an error that says "Cannot find Rscript in Path". Interestingly, this error is not reported when the Path is removed, but ultimately the GUI cannot generate a heatmap.
Thank you very much for your note. Unfortunately, lately there have been some Windows issues that HeatmapGenerator users have experienced in the last few months. I'm currently actively looking into fixing the issues. However, the Mac OS X version of HeatmapGenerator runs without any issues.
Could you please try HeatmapGenerator for Mac OS X on your end?
