Hi Shamim,
We are currently working on developing a HeatmapGenerator version compatible with OS X Capitan. We are familiar with this error that you received. Meanwhile, could you please check if any of the older HeatmapGenerator programs work for you?
Thank you,
Bohdan
P.S. If you are still experiencing difficulties with HeatmapGenerator, please consider: http://biorxiv.org/content/biorxiv/early/2016/02/25/034694.full.pdf
Hi Shamim,
HeatmapGenerator5 is now available, with full support for OS X 10.11.
Best wishes,
Bohdan
Hi Bohdan
That's awesome, thanks. The program now loads in OS X. Unfortunately, it does not generate a heatmap from my tab-delimited file. It's a very large file, but does look arranged appropriately when compared to the Example.txt file.
The error I get is:
**> Last login: Mon Mar 14 13:23:16 on ttys000
The txt file has 5 columns and approx 7500 rows of data, where the first column and first row are headers
Thanks
Shamim
Hi Shamim,
I think that your input may be formatted incorrectly. Can you please send me the first few rows of your file so that I can see what it looks like?
Thanks,
Bohdan
