#1 wunderground.com codes missing leading slash sometimes

Short note: This is probably the first patch I've
submitted for anything on any platform in 5 years.
It's just so easy to cvs-checkout a MacOSX project
from sf, and bring it up in project builder (blam!), I
decided to troubleshoot the overnight crash problem,
and figured out a problem with wunderground.com in
the process. A cvs diff -c, and here's your patch. I
hope you can apply it. I love MacOSX (and objective-C

Hacky hack to add a leading slash to a
wunderground.com 'code' when it doesn't exist. Also
added a touch of debugging code to tell what url is
being loaded. The right way to do this (probably) is to
fix the 'code ' when it's obtained originally, but this
fixes it so the URL is correct regardless.

Let me know if you have questions, or if I didn't
generate this diff properly.

Thanks for submitting some code, Krishna. Good catch on the
leading slash bug. I coded the fix slightly differently, but
our next version won't have THAT bug anymore. Help us find
    more! And thanks again.
