With two cities, one of them keeps disappearing from the Meteo display on the menu bar. It's erratic: sometimes it shows up after playing with some of the preferences.
This is a known bug/feature, mentioned in the FAQ. The bug part is as you reported. The feature part is restricting the location updates to one per minute in accomodating Weather Underground's request rate limits. Fixing the bug part will require a substantial overhaul of the update mechanism.
