#150 f90/mod/Makefile: alm_tools.o lacks dependency on healpix_sharp_f90.o

alm_tools.F90 uses the healpix_sharp_f90 module, but the Makefile does not make alm_tools.o depend on healpix_sharp_f90.o.
The build only works because of the order of $(obj), and fails with make --shuffle=reverse (GNU make ≥ 4.4) or some parallel builds:

Fatal Error: Cannot open module file 'healpix_sharp_f90.mod' for reading

The attached patch adds the dependency and makes the build directory an order-only prerequisite of all objects. It applies to trunks with patch -p1.
