#28 Allow submitters to Review and Edit submissions

Review and Edit list of Submitted media

Allow the contributor (or data entry assistant) to review submitted
items in a list. The metadata of media items can be edited
before the contributor logs out.

They could still see this list of items (as well as edit the data) the
next time they log in; but once the data as been screened (by the
catalogers/editorial screeners) they won't have access to this
data.
