#4 Table of posters

Add a brief table of hierarchical posting position. EG
if X is 245th, show the table from 243-248, with post
count, user name and position, with user names being
links to other profiles.

I have tried implementing this - but it seems to be a
performance nightmare. I would have to create another
pre-computed statistics table to support this feature :-(
