Helium can now load and parse articles in a servlet container; i.e., as part of a web-app.

See the Design document for more information. The servlet (HeliumServlet) is in the early stages and is not to be considered stable or even finished.

Added a command line runner that is executed as main class of helium.jar. See Design and Readme in CVS/Helium/docs for more information. You can also look into the Help Forum.
