#54 Patch to add missing ssd form factors on NOMINAL FORM FACTOR

Hello,
this patch will fix the following issue found on identify:
Form Factor: unknown (0x0007]

I have spotted this on a corporate m.2 sata ssd I used years ago.
Since the issue still remains, I decided t is time to send a small patch for all the form factors that are reported as unknown.
