the main hdparm.c file pulls in sys/sysmacros.h already for major/minor funcs, but geom.c & sysfs.c are missing it

as a package mantainer of hdparm in fedora, I can say that this patch is necessary to compile hdparm on the latest fedora.

I found that out independetly of Mike and patched it in our scm repository:
