#12 get standby/sleep timeout value

It would be nice to see a command line option to show standby/sleep timeout values (nstead of just only being able to set them without knowing what the current values are) - i am talking about the -B option's complement.

As an example; i created a small shellscript to measure how long it takes for the HD to go from active/idle to standby mode, and attached it as an example to what i meant :)

(I know, it's not *that* accurate)

I guess the title and the explanation of what is really needed is not that good.

We actually need some build in logging system able to log the time when a device status changes.
