#1 Module names changes

When obfuscating, the tool shouldn't always change
module names, partcularly of modules that are
instantiated, as they have to have specific names!

The way to preserve the module name (for that matter any
identifier) is to add the IDName=IDName in the map file. It
the map file has that ID name the obfuscator will not touch it.
