#7 Multi-language support

This is a VERY important feature.

Because of the nationality of Main developer and
because the dns are of the same nationality, we must
provide a multi-language support of hdlg.

HDLG must provide A FULL VERSION in French. I
mean that everything in the software may be available
in french.
Of course, we have to create a spanish, portugeese,
chineese, japaneese, russian, Klinghons(!) and many
other language.
Asad is suppose to create some thing like that. But i
think that HDLG generated files and error message
should be provided in those language.

After a system have been created we may have to
found many translators (except in french, i can do it!)
