#4 Request: Incorporate libblkid for UUID support

The hd-idle utility is often used on consumer NAS and networking devices (like routers) that do not have UDEV support. It would be helpful if hd-idle was able to use libblkid so it could then use the UUID=<uuid> tag on the command line to specify a device. </uuid>
