#4 Documentation on ciphers

It would be helpful to have very brief descriptions of each cipher in the cipher files - what, basically, will the encryption do to the plaintext and what exactly are the parameters doing for each cipher. This description is present in some but not all of the engine files.
In addition, for the output, better descriptions of what is going on will help with ease of use. For example:
The keyword is: 12
Algorithm = Railfence
Provider = Default
Plaintext: test this please.
length = 15, nrows=12, remainder= 3, padding character = i
Ciphertext: tsees.titihiiisipilieiai
length = 24, nrows=12, remainder= 0, padding character = i, npadchars used= 9
