At least The Horse Commander reliased
I think this reliase is stable enough to use is it as system shell, but there is no suitable cut-and-paste buffer and one cannot save his enviroment and macroses to a file...
And there is some problems with running jobs
But I hope next reliases will contain all this features sooner
