#1 Error Loading current language!

Hi
I have downloaded HCDA "Build 1.3.116.1" and installed
on my pc. Installation went w/o any problem. But When
I try to launch I get "Error Loading current languae!"
Error message. Can you please help me to resolve this
problem?
PS : I even tried "@ Select Language" to set my
language as english. That didn't help.

I am running windows 2000 SP3
My IE version is : 6.0.2800.1106 SP1
