Hi everyone, I'm sure I'm missing something, but I'm having problems compiling .9.9i with KDE support. The HBasic home page says to use the --with-kdegui configure flag, but ./configure --help doesn't list this flag as being available. ./configure --help does list --with-kde-includes and --with-kde-libraries which I have also tried to no avail. Here's the command I'm using to try to compile .9.9i with KDE support: ./configure --with-kdegui --with-kde-includes=/usr/ --with-kde-libraries=/usr/ but every time I configure, I get the NO_KDEGUI message after it checks for KDE. I notice in the configure script, its looking for libkdecore.la which I do have in my /usr/lib directory. I'm on Mandrake 10 with KDE 3.2 if that matters. As far as I know, I have all the necessary KDE developent files installed. Can anyone help me figure out what's going on? Or, if not, can anyone tell me what I *should* get if I include the KDE compile options to at least tell me if all this work is going to be worth it? What new features do I get with the KDE integration? Thanks David __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! Mail - More reliable, more storage, less spam http://mail.yahoo.com |
