[Hbasic-userinfo] New package of 0.9.9h

Second release of 0.9.9h. The sourcecode tarfile I have published 
yesterday was corrupted and the rpm package which I have compiled with 
the latest KDE beta makes problems starting on other people's computer. 
I have therefore created a new rpm package without KDE support. If you 
want the KDE support download the source package and configure with 
"./configure --with-kdesupport"
