[Hbasic-userinfo] Help!!!

Hi there!
i have a little problem when i try to run hbasic:
hbasic: error while loading shared libraries:
libqt.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such
file or directory

i already have qt and the error still appears.
Can you please help me to solve the problem.
