[Hbasic-userinfo] HttpRequests and HttpResponses

Does HBasic have an HttpRequest object and an HttpResponse object, that HBasic can use with something like struts to get data from, and send data back, to a webserver like tomcat or websphere.  
 
Trolltech Qt library are good for writing KDE form based client-server apps.  Unfortunately,  There is little demand for client-server apps anymore.  All the customers I deal with want intranet apps.  It would be great to be able to be able to write a linux web app in a language similar to VB.
