[Hbasic-userinfo] New version 0.9.9a released

This version has new components in the formdesigner. If you compile with 
KDE support HBasic will automatically load a new library of KDE 
components. Check rpm version which will only run with KDE and uses this 
library. New functions for bit and date handling (see 
docu/user_guide/func.html).
