I'm not sure what is up with the mailing list either, I am not so sure
why no one seems to be using it much. Anyway, about your question:
there is a separate documentation file to download,
"HBasic_docu_0.9.8a.tar.gz" that contains all the documentation. Do a
tar zxvf HBasic_docu_0.9.8a.tar.gz
from the root directory (naturally as root) and it will put the
documentation into /usr/local/hbasic/doc/.
I'd like it also if there were more action on the list. I think
HBasic has a lot of potential uses, I've only just begun playing with
it!
