#15 Menu Editor is very bugy

I tried the menu editor for formulars and discovered
the following bugs:
1. If you add a menu the GUI editor does not lower the
components on it.
If you run the interpreter the formular looks
different then it looked in the editor.
2. The menu in the editor does not look like if you run
the project.
3. If you add icons to your menu entries hbasic
sometimes crashes if you
start the project. (Don't know if it depends on the
size of the icon)
4. It's not possible to add shortcuts for menu entries.
