HAV is an experimental heuristic antivirus scanner.

It runs locally, without cloud. It uses structural analysis, heuristics, and emulation to detect malicious files. It is not a replacement for commercial antivirus solutions. It does not clean or remove files, it only informs.

The project is in the research stage. The goal is to test a hypothesis: can effective detection be built on structure and behavior rather than signatures.

The source code is available for study. License: experimental, no warranty. Use at your own risk.

The program does not guarantee detection of all threats. Do not use it as your only means of protection.
