Ok, I know barbs get a relatively large amount of movement. But they tend not to fly a lot too. (shimmering potions are non-magical, thank god, but they aren't the longest lasting potion either, and if you land, the fly affect is gone).
How about if you are outdoors, you can "rejuvenate", spend 50 mana for 100 move. Maybe even 75 mana for 150 move. That way a failure will hold you back for a tick. (100 mana - failed rejuv = 63 mana, and that's more than a tick of mana regen for most barbs)
I think it would help barbs out a little, and the cost feels like it's inline with the effect and the limitations.
