#2 Can't view live stream

Using Mplayer on Windows 7 (also tried XP) - I set the IP and program location - all I get is a CMD window stating the following:

The HAVA Service is not started.

Playing -.
Reading from stdin...
Cache fille: 0.00% (0 bytes)
_

Then after 3 seconds, "Exiting... (End of file)" pops up and the window closes.

I've tried many different 'durations' incase that was the issue, but it doesnt seem to be.
