#4 Rehash command

And here is my last one for today:
When testing the bot it's pretty annoying to alway
restart it so that it rereads the config file (the
channel is spammed with join/quit messages, you have to
re-add the games etc.). Therefore a rehash command
which issues the bot to reread the "<!-- Specific bot
configuration -->" part (i don't think it makes sense
for the other parts of the config) would be useful.

Good idea. What would you think of changing the config
directly via irc commands such as "!set
botconfig.eventfilter all"?
And of course you could save the changed configfile ..

Neat idea but i would implent it as a privmsg command and
not as a public trigger since the config is an intimate
thing between the owner and it's bot ;)
