1.About Promotion Manager
Promotion Manager (PM) is a freeware that Hattrick users use for calculating promotion/demotion and analyzing series, teams. It's useful to prepare players, finance, etc. for play-off matches and next season. You are free to use PM for uncommercial purposes.

2.Requirements
PM is written in Java programming language. So you must have Java virtual machine (JRE 7) to use it. If Java isn't installed on your computer, download at http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp and setup. PM needs Java 7.
You should have an account at Hattrick to PM download data. Sign up at http://hattrick.org/, get a team and manage it.

3.Start Promotion Manager
Uncompress "PM.zip" file, then run "PM.bat".

4.Configuration
Authorization:

Authorize Promotion Manager to it access to download your team data. Step by step:

Click "Browser" or copy URL and paste in your browser.
Sign in Hattrick and get the code.
Enter the code in Authorization dialog and click "OK"
Add league:
If Hattrick add a new country or your second league level is not II.1 you must add league to PM. Step by step:

Select menu Configuration-->League...
To add league click "Add" then enter league ID, country name, league level and first series ID at that level. Click "Save"
To modify a series select a row then click "Modify", enter league ID, country name, league level and first series ID at that level. Click "Save"
To delete a series select a row then click "Delete". Click "Save"

1.Analysis 5.1. Analyzing Promotion Select an option to analyze:
Enter a series ID (from level 1-->3). Select a league and click "Search" if you don't know series ID.
Enter a team ID. Click "Search" if you don't know team ID.
Click "Execute" to analyze.

•Click a cell in grid to analyze a series or team.
5.2.Analyzing Series
Enter a series ID (from level 1-->3). Select a league and click "Search" if you don't know series ID.
Click "Execute" to analyze.

  • Click a cell in grid to analyze a team.

5.3. Analyzing Team
Enter a team ID. Click "Search" if you don't know team ID.
Click "Execute" to analyze.

  1. Export to Excel
    Step by step:

select menu System-->Export to Excel...
Enter a file name and click Save.
