#16 MS Access TIMESTAMP: "Program type out of range"

When getting results from a TIMESTAMP column from
Microsoft Access under wxHaskell, the ODBC driver gives
the error: "[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Program
type out of range". The only know workaround is to hack
the DBDirect-generated table layout to pretend that the
field has type String and use the date as a string.
