I think it's time to release 1.0 of lambdabot.
We have some useful stuff, so let's "release early, release often"
If you have something that you want to get into this release, get in touch!

New modules for the 1.0 release:
FactModule
FortuneModule
SystemModule
TopicModule

Tom Moertel rewrote the Util.hs module with Haddock docs, thanks Tom!

As much as I'd like to release on the first of April, I think the third might
be better. :-)
