#5 Missing header in accountrequest.cgi.

I checked out the latest stable version of Harvey, and when a new user account is created, on line 332, there should also be printed to STDOUT the header information. Otherwise, the user is shown a page that is just HTML source.

I am running Harvey on a vitual host, from Apache 1.3.12, on a Red Hat 6.2 box. I am viewing the pages using Mozilla 0.6 for Win32.
