#12 Remove DOMIT dependency

Now that we are on PHP 5, we no longer need the DOMIT PHP4 xml libraries. Methods that use DOMIT should be updated to use PHP5 DOM instead.

Segue's Asset-based site components now use the PHP5 DOM libraries instead of the DOMIT libraries that had been needed under PHP4.
