This patch will ignore comment lines like:
# ----------------------------
# ================================
(which for example I use to separate functions in one
file). Without this patch, these lines will show up in
the documentation generated by happydoc, which looks
quite bad.

Precisely: each comment (after the initial '#') which
fits the regular expression:
\s*[+-=#][ +-=#]*\s*$'
(i.e. contains at least one of '+', '-', '=', '#' and
nothing else except
' '(space), '+','-', '=', '#') will be ignored.

This only applies to 'real' python comments, not do
docstrings.

Cheers
Joerg

PS: I should have mentioned, that this patch has to be
applied to the happydoc root directory (it patches the file
parsefile.py), simply change to the directory, then: patch
    <patchfile
