#9 Better graph layout algorithm for Dia

The Dia output is good, but usually requires manual layout intervention. It would be nice if this could be improved.

Maybe the "dot" tool from http://www.graphviz.org/ could
help, it is used by the http://www.doxygen.org/ C/C++
documentation project to draw graphs (when you've "dot" and
set an option).
