#28 show reference allele for maf

Hi:

It would be very helpful if the Check Markers tab
showed the reference
allele for the MAF calculation.

The minor allele could be different in different
populations -- say
population A has MAF of .45 for allele A and population
B has MAF (for
allele T) of .45. Would lead to confusion.
