#40 tagging bug

Hi,

When I run tagging with maf 0.3 everythink is ok but when I decrease maf to 0.1 (what increases snp candidates) I got such errors

Arguments: -pedfile hap_genotypesChrom1.txt -info snpListChr1.txt -minMAF 0.1 -hwcutoff0.00001 -maxNumTags 158 -taglodcutoff 3.0 -tagrsqcutoff 0.8 -pairwiseTagging -nogui

Minimum MAF = 0.1
Hardy Weinberg equilibrium p-value cutoff = 1.0E-5
